Thomas Markle Has Zero Chance That Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Will Invite Him To Archie

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son Archie Harrison will be baptized next month at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, but don’t expect to see Meghan’s dad, Thomas Markle Sr., at the royal event. Insiders say that other than Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, there will not be any other members of Meghan’s family at the baptism.

Royal expert Russell Myers says that even though Thomas has “quieted down” since Archie Harrison’s birth, there is no chance he will score an invite to the baptism. Still, Meghan’s half-brother Thomas Jr. believes it is the perfect time for a family reunion.

According to the International Business Times, Thomas Jr. recently revealed that he hopes Meghan will end the feud and invite the family, adding that he would love to attend his nephew’s baptism. But, Myers says there is no way that’s going to happen.

“From her [Meghan’s] point of view, they have moved into this beautiful home of Frogmore Cottage, they are making their family nest, and what’s the reason to make it happen now? I think the dust clearly needs to settle lots more before that side of the family are brought into the [royal] family,” Myers said.

As royal fans know, Meghan’s dad, half-brother, and half-sister, Samantha, have attacked the Duchess of Sussex in the press on multiple occasions, and she hasn’t spoken to her family since becoming a royal.

Meghan has a whole new life now – without the Markles – and it will most likely stay that way for a while. She recently made her first post-baby appearance appearance at Trooping the Color with the rest of the royal family to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s birthday, and eagle-eyed fans noticed that she was wearing some new jewelry.

The Duchess of Sussex upgraded to an eternity band for her engagement ring along with pavé diamonds, replacing her yellow gold band that she wore before giving birth. Prince Harry personally designed the ring for Markle ahead of their engagement, which features three stones – a center diamond from Botswana and two smaller stones from Princess Diana’s collection on the sides.

Prince Harry chose the yellow gold band because it was Meghan’s favorite, and he sourced the Botswana stone himself. Harry said that he added the stones from his mom’s collection to make sure she’s with” him and Meghan Markle on their “crazy journey together.”
